hbaj Terms and Conditions — Complete User Agreement
This document sets out in detail all conditions for using the hbaj platform, account policies, bonus rules, and the rights and responsibilities of users.
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between the hbaj platform ("Platform") and all users of its services ("User"). By accessing our Platform or registering an account, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms of this Agreement.
01 General Provisions and Definitions
The following terms used in this Agreement carry the meanings defined below:
- "Platform" refers to the hbaj website, mobile version, and all services under it.
- "User" or "You" refers to any person registered on or browsing the Platform.
- "Account" refers to the personal user profile created on the Platform.
- "Services" refers to all gaming, betting, and other entertainment activities available on the Platform.
- "Funds" refers to the amount of money held in a user's account.
This Agreement shall form the complete legal basis for the relationship between the User and hbaj. No third party shall be considered a beneficiary of this Agreement.
02 Eligibility and Age Requirement
All of the following conditions must be met to use the hbaj Platform:
- You must be at least 21 years old.
- You must use the Platform entirely of your own free will and volition.
- Your account is for personal use only — use for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
- You must provide accurate and complete personal information.
- You are the sole owner of the account — managing an account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
21+ Age Requirement: hbaj is firmly against the participation of minors in gaming activities. We reserve the right to request identity documents for age verification. For individuals aged 21 and above only.
03 Account Registration and Security
When creating an account on hbaj, users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts or managing an account in someone else's name is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
It is your own responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at [email protected].
- Change your password regularly and use a strong password.
- Always log out after using a public device or network.
- Never share your login credentials with any third party.
- It is your responsibility to update your account information whenever it changes.
04 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
All payments on the hbaj Platform are processed through fully secure SSL encryption. Accepted payment methods:
- bKash — Bangladesh's popular mobile financial service
- Nagad — Digital financial service authorized by the Postal Department
- Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service
- Upay — UCB's digital wallet
- Bank Transfer — Major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank
Before requesting a withdrawal, ensure that all wagering requirements on your account have been met. hbaj reserves the right to request identity documents or payment method verification before processing a withdrawal. If fraud or money laundering is suspected, the withdrawal may be placed on hold and the relevant authorities will be notified.

05 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
hbaj offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Specific conditions apply to all bonuses and must be fulfilled.
Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit for new users, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
- Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount (bonus amount only — the deposit is not included).
- For example: ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳1,000 bonus = total ৳2,000; the bonus ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
- Another example: on a ৳22,000 deposit, the bonus will be a maximum of ৳10,000 = total ৳32,000.
- One bonus cannot be used in conjunction with another unless explicitly stated.
- In cases of bonus abuse or fraudulent use, the bonus will be forfeited.
hbaj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the terms of any promotional offer at any time. For the latest bonus information, refer to the promotions section of the Platform.
06 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities
hbaj is committed to ensuring a fair and secure gaming environment for all users. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Playing games using any software, bot, script, or automated method.
- Exploiting any technical flaw or vulnerability in the system.
- Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or other advantages.
- Using the Platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Misconduct, harassment, or fraudulent communication with other users.
- Creating or managing an account using false or misleading information.
- Attempting to compromise the Platform's security systems.
In cases of involvement in prohibited activities, hbaj reserves the right to immediately terminate the account, seize funds, and take legal action if necessary. All gaming history shall be final as per hbaj server records.
07 Intellectual Property
All content on the hbaj Platform — logos, trademarks, software, designs, graphics, text, and other elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of hbaj. These assets are protected under international copyright law.
Users are granted only a limited right to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproducing, distributing, publishing, or commercially using hbaj's intellectual property without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.
08 Limitation of Liability
The services of the hbaj Platform are provided on an "as is" basis. hbaj shall not be liable for the following:
- Losses caused by internet connectivity issues or technical failures of third parties.
- Losses incurred during temporary Platform unavailability or maintenance activities.
- Account security breaches resulting from the user's own negligence.
- Financial losses resulting from the normal outcomes of gaming — winning and losing are both a normal part of gaming.
- Issues arising from incorrect information provided by the user.
hbaj always strives to ensure a safe and reliable environment. However, the total limit of any liability shall in no case exceed the amount of funds held in the relevant user's account.
09 Privacy and Data Protection
hbaj treats the protection of users' personal information as its highest priority. All data is kept secure through SSL encryption. Full details of how we collect, use, and protect your information can be found on our Privacy Policy page.
Your information will never be sold to third parties. However, it may be shared in the following circumstances:
- With authorized financial institutions for payment processing.
- With fraud prevention and security service providers.
- With relevant authorities under legal obligations.
10 Account Suspension and Closure
hbaj reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:
- If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is violated.
- If fraud, deception, or illegal activity is suspected.
- If false or incomplete information has been provided.
- If cooperation with identity verification is refused.
- If the account has been inactive for an extended period.

11 Responsible Gaming
hbaj considers responsible gaming to be a core value of the Platform. We place the highest importance on the wellbeing and financial health of our users.
Our recommendations for responsible gaming:

- Set a specific budget and stay within that limit.
- Do not place large bets on impulse.
- Maintain the importance of spending time with family and friends and engaging in other recreational activities.

12 Amendment and Termination of Agreement
hbaj reserves the right to change, revise, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes through a notice on the Platform.
Continued use of the Platform after amended terms take effect will be considered as the user's automatic acceptance of those changes. The most recent version of the terms on this page shall always apply.
